Pan Pacific Copper Joint Venture Projects
(Joint Venture with Pan Pacific Copper Co Ltd)
Pan Pacific Copper through their Australian registered subsidiary Cloncurry Exploration & Development Pty Ltd (CED) have completed the Farm In Phase covering the Mount Margaret, Bungalien, and Chumvale (within the Brightlands) Project areas.
CED currently holds approximately 52% and GBM 48% interest respectively in the projects. GBM will continue as manager and retain its free carried interest of 10% through to completion of a bankable feasibility study. The signing of a Joint Venture Agreement in 2017 represents a key step forward in that the projects can be further advanced and have the required level of funding to target a potential new discovery.
